We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Floater / Professional Services Pharmacist to join our expanding pharmacy team.
Position Summary
This role is designed for a pharmacist who enjoys variety, clinical practice, and working across multiple pharmacy locations. Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to providing shift coverage across our pharmacies, while 30% will focus on delivering and growing professional pharmacy services, including medication reviews, chronic disease management, immunizations, and other clinical initiatives.
The successful candidate must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and be willing to travel to pharmacy locations as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesPharmacy Operations (70%)
- Provide pharmacist coverage across multiple Whole Health Pharmacy locations.
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide pharmaceutical care.
- Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and medication safety.
- Counsel patients on medications, disease management, and healthy lifestyles.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists standards and all applicable regulations.
Professional Services (30%)
- Deliver medication reviews and medication management services.
- Administer vaccinations and injections in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Support chronic disease management programs.
- Provide smoking cessation, diabetes, hypertension, and other patient care services.
- Identify opportunities to expand clinical pharmacy services across the organization.
- Promote patient engagement and preventative healthcare initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Strong knowledge of community pharmacy practice.
- Certified to administer injections and immunizations.
- Experience delivering professional pharmacy services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple pharmacy locations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Location
Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario
Travel between pharmacy locations is required.
Start Date
August 1, 2026The successful candidate must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and be willing to travel up to two hours from the GTA to support clinics and sites.
