Site Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring timely data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Upload invoices and supporting documentation into SAP Fieldglass.
- Review and process field reports, employee timecards, and supporting project documentation.
- Perform daily data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Complete basic account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as required.
- Maintain organized electronic records and project files.
- Communicate with supervisors & field staff to obtain required documentation and resolve issues.
- Ensure deadlines are met while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or prior accounting software experience is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
