To support the on-going growth of our business, we are currently seeking an
HR/HSE Coordinator to join our West Edmonton team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records.
- Perform recruitment activities, including creating job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Administer employee onboarding, including day one orientation.
- Provide support for employee relations.
- Support managers with employee performance concerns by providing guidance on processes, documentation, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain employee training records, certifications, and training matrix, proactively monitoring certification and training expiry dates.
- Work with Operations to maintain HSE documentation and incident tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations and Safety to distribute monthly safety meeting agendas.
- Support Operations and Management with incident investigations as required.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of completed HSE documentation.
- Liaise with employees and supervisors regarding HR and HSE administrative matters.
- Work closely with Payroll, Finance, and Operations to support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.
- Provide general administrative support.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources related experience.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of Employment Standards and OHS legislation is considered an asset.
