Our Service Advisors play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ vehicles remain in their top shape. As the main point of contact for the customer, you are responsible for understanding and interpreting our customer’s concerns to our technicians, and effectively communicating the diagnosed issues to the customer in a language they will understand. Your day-to-day tasks include greeting and scheduling customers’ for appointments, handling and cataloguing customer complaints, and estimating time and cost for repairs.

- A minimum of 2 years experience in the automotive service industry
- Knowledge of automotive mechanical and engineering required
- Great customer service skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- A team player
