Bilingual Sales Manager – Infrastructure Solutions

A fast-growing infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performance sales team across Canada and North America.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands enterprise infrastructure sales, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to drive both accountability and growth within a sales organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience within VAR, distribution, MSP, or technology solutions environments and understands how to build pipeline, coach teams, and execute consistently in a disciplined sales culture.
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across North America
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and gross profit targets
Own forecasting accuracy and overall pipeline health
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales accountability cadences
Ensure CRM discipline, opportunity progression, and activity tracking
Support outbound prospecting and net-new customer acquisition initiatives
Assist with strategic deal negotiations and vendor engagement
Coach and mentor sales representatives on deal strategy and execution
Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing sales talent
5+ years of sales leadership experience within IT infrastructure, VAR, distribution, or technology solutions
Strong understanding of networking, servers/storage, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure
Proven experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations discipline
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Understanding of the IT channel ecosystem including vendors, distributors, VARs, and MSPs
