We are currently looking for Electromechanics for our client in Brampton. This is a permanent position with the company.
Job Duties:
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting independently or with assistance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic problems on the machine
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Participate in Maintenance related projects such as installing new machines, modifying machines parts and other special projects
- General building and property maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety policies, quality standards and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an Industrial Millwright or Electrician role in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Must have Ontario Industrial Millwright (433A) and/or Industrial Electrician (442A) certification
- Basic machine shop skills to fabricate machine parts
- Basic welding skills is an asset
- Experience with computerized maintenance work order systems is an asset
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills on production/manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read electro-mechanical Blueprints/Schematics including European and North American wiring diagram procedures
- Sounds knowledge of pneumatic and AC/DC and Servo Motor Control
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
