Position: Dealer (Training will start on June 17, 2026)
Reports To: Table Games Manager
PURPOSE
The Dealer is critical to the success of the Casino Dene. The primary purpose of the Dealer is to execute table games such as Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette with an outstanding level of gaming skill. A Dealer has the most interaction with guests and will always deliver Supervisor customer service to enhance the gaming experience.
ROLE
It is the responsibility of all our employees at Casino Dene to provide the Superior customer service every guest expects when they walk in the door until they leave the premises. You will be involved in creating a culture based on Superior guest service and customer loyalty.
The Dealer will deal their games in accordance with AGLC rules and Casino Dene Table Games department policies and procedures. The dealer must understand and comply with all service, quality and safety standards set forth by Casino Dene.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**MUST OBTAIN CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK BEFORE TRAINING**
- Ensure the guest is being provided with superior customer service

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This position requires the ability to communicate clearly, deal tactfully and work effectively with Casino Dene guests, staff and management. The incumbent in this position will primarily work with a Pit Boss and Table Games Manager. The Dealer is expected to report on all events that could have a negative outcome on the operations or reputation of Casino Dene.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The Dealer’s schedule may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays. Casino Dene has a smoking environment. All employees are required to be able to work in that environment.
