Job Description - Customer Service
Canada’s top name in luxury real estate rentals is looking for a Customer Service manager to join our growing and dynamic team!
Jayne’s Luxury Rentals is a full-service, Luxury Property Rental Agency with over 300 properties in the Muskoka, Collingwood and Toronto areas. Jayne’s was recently named one of “Canada’s Top Growing Companies” by Globe & Mail Report on Business.
Working at the forefront of our guest journey, our Concierge Team works with our guests before, during and after their stay to ensure a seamless, customized and memorable experience.

- is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and adaptable
- has a strong knowledge of hospitality operations
- is proficient in using hospitality software including guest billing, reservations and property management systems
- has a degree or diploma in communications (not required but would be an asset)
- has knowledge of spreadsheet software (an asset)
- has knowledge of the Muskoka/Collingwood areas
What You will be Doing:
- Managing charges and credit card pre-authorizations daily during guest stay
- Documenting and following up on outstanding payments
- Collecting mail and posting payments as neccessary
- Inputting client information into various systems
- Liaising with other teams on joint initiatives and to ensure a seamless guest and owner experience
- Updating guest and owner profiles with personal details as discovered
- Building and filing standard operating procedures for the Customer Service department
- Assisting with ad hoc guest requests
- Duties and tasks may change as required by operations or to suit business needs
- Developing appealing documentation that is sent to guests about their property and stay
Essentials:
- Valid G license with reliable transportation, as travel is required for this position
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
