Available positions: 9 Positions Total. (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE FROM HOME POSITION. Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities )
4 full time positions- Full time applicants will work as part of a rotating schedule. One week of days which are the following shifts 7am-3pm or 8am -4pm. One week of Evenings which are the following shifts 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am. Your week of days will be your weekend off.
3 Part time positions- Part time positions are based on availability but must include weekends. Must have a minimum availability of 20 hours a week.
1 Full Time Team Leader Position- This junior manager position will start off at $21/hr. Previous experience managing a team of 15 or greater at a time is a must. This leader must exhibit outstanding leadership abilities. Setting clear expectations, coaching and providing feedback. The ability of identify the root cause of a problem and develop a course of action.
1 Full Time overnight representative- This position works on a rotation of 4 days on 4 days off. The shifts are either 10pm-8am (10 hours) or 11pm-7am (8 hours)
As Telephone answering representative you will be responsible for:
1. For handling both in bound and outbound calls in a professional, empathetic and timely manner on behalf of our clients the Funeral Homes.
2. Accurately Collect and relay information of a sensitive nature from families, hospital staff, police and the coroner's office to the Funeral Homes
3. We are looking to fill 8 positions. The candidate Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language is a must and a requirement. French, Spanish and Tagalog are considered an asset as we have international clients that we work with.
4. Arrange and coordinate the transportation of deceased family members to be taken into the care of their respective funeral homes.
5. Perform Administrative tasks such as: data gathering, analysis, reporting, and cataloguing.
6.. Some light cleaning duties and upkeep of personal working stations. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORK FROM HOME POSITION.
( Only candidates that are selected will receive a call back) The candidate we are looking for must exhibit the following skills.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. With a strong command of the English Language. French and Spanish and Tagalog are assets.
- Posses good working knowledge of computer software's. Word, excel, power point, and Adobe are a must.
- The ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment .
