The Oskāyak Empowerment Coordinator for Onion Lake Cree Nation is a leadership position responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, scheduling, and delivery of youth hub programming. This role provides direction to Oskāyak Empowerment staff while ensuring programs are culturally grounded, safe, structured, and responsive to the needs of youth in the community. The Oskāyak Empowerment Coordinator ensures high-quality youth programming that supports wellness, culture, education, leadership development, and healthy lifestyles. This position also works closely with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, schools, community departments, OLCN Prevention and families to support holistic youth development. The Oskāyak Empowerment Coordinator reports directly to the OLCN Prevention Director.
Pay: $18.13-$41.42 per hour
