We are looking for reliable and motivated Landscape Enhancement Crew Members to join our growing team. You will be responsible for helping maintain and improve residential and commercial outdoor spaces through a variety of landscape enhancement and maintenance tasks.
This is a hands-on outdoor role suited for individuals who enjoy physical work, working in a team, and being active throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Mulching, edging, and garden bed maintenance
- Sod installation and basic lawn care tasks
- Weeding, pruning, and seasonal cleanup
- Operating basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Loading/unloading materials and job site preparation
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Working effectively as part of a crew to complete daily assignments
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability (punctuality is essential)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Previous landscaping experience is required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- A valid driver’s license is required
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
