Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to demonstrate products effectively. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and achieving store sales goals.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services.
- Engage in technical sales by explaining product specifications and advantages.
- Manage time efficiently to balance customer interactions and store responsibilities.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn quickly about new products.
- Demonstrated ability to sell effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with time management techniques to ensure productivity throughout shifts.
- Experience posting for social media professionally is a plus.
Availability
- Candidates must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday, from 10am-3pm.
