Regional Account Manager
About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting our restaurant partners in person, building relationships, attending networking events, and helping increase our presence across Canada. You'll be the face of the company in your region, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
What You'll Do
- Visit customers and provide in-person support and training.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
- Attend local business and hospitality events.
- Generate referrals and introduce new businesses to our platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboard new customers.
- Work closely with our support and product teams to resolve issues.
- Help increase brand awareness within your territory.
What We're Looking For

- A positive attitude and desire to build a successful career.
- Hospitality, sales, account management, or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
