Nature de la fonction
Le poste d’enseignant est sous la responsabilité de la direction des études et du département de techniques juridiques/Paralegal Technology. La nature de la fonction du titulaire du poste d’enseignant.e en droit, sera d’enseigner à une ou des cohortes d’étudiants du collégial DEC et AEC en techniques juridiques/Paralegal Technology, les notions et les compétences liées au droit, selon les objectifs du cours.
Nature of the Position
The teaching position reports to the Director of studies and the Paralegal Technology Coordinator department. The role of the Law teacher is to instruct one or more cohorts of college-level students in the DEC and AEC Paralegal Technology programs in the concepts and competencies related to law, in accordance with the objectives of the course.
Sommaire des tâches
L’enseignant aura à préparer les cours, le matériel pédagogique pour chaque cours, enseigner la matière, préparer les évaluations et faire la correction des évaluations selon les objectifs du plan de cours.
Summary of Duties
The teacher will be responsible for preparing courses, developing teaching materials for each course, delivering instruction, preparing assessments, and grading them in accordance with the objectives of the course outline.
· Maîtrise du fonctionnement des plateformes de recherches juridiques : SOQUIJ, CANLII, Quick Law et autres;
· Expérience en formation ou en enseignement un atout;
· Capacité à organiser et planifier le travail de façon efficace et méthodique dans des délais raisonnables;
· Capacité à travailler en équipe et favoriser les relations interpersonnelles et
· Discrétion et confidentialité sont requises selon la loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels.
· Proficiency in legal research platforms: SOQUIJ, CANLII, Quicklaw, and others;
· Experience in training or teaching is an asset;
· Ability to organize and plan work efficiently and methodically within reasonable timeframes;
· Ability to work as part of a team and foster strong interpersonal relationships;
· Discretion and confidentiality are required, in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information.
Rémunération : à partir de 112,15$ par heure

- Baccalauréat (Obligatoire)
Expérience:
- Rédaction juridique: 1 an (Obligatoire)
Langue:
- Français ou anglais selon le cours enseigné (Obligatoire)
Permis/certificat:
- Licence du Barreau du Québec (Obligatoire)
