Who You Are
You’re a skilled Journeyperson Electrician who takes pride in clean work, communicates well with clients, and genuinely cares about people.
You’re direct yet kind-hearted, warm, and helpful. You have a knack for connecting with people and excel at resolving issues with a light-hearted, yet focused approach. You value being part of a team, you thrive on collective learning, and you enjoy mentoring apprentices—remembering your own beginnings and the value of compassionate teaching
You can lead jobs, mentor apprentices, solve problems without drama, and work well with a team. You’re direct but kind, organized but adaptable, and you don’t mind having a laugh while getting the job done.
What You’ll Do
You’ll rotate between project work and service work, including:
- Residential renovations and custom homes
- Panel and service upgrades
- EV charger installations
- Troubleshooting and service calls
- Commercial tenant improvements
- Mentoring apprentices
- Coordinating with clients and trades
You’ll be responsible for job quality, efficiency, communication, and helping keep projects moving smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Ontario 309A Electrical License
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
- Clean G Class license
- Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and active construction environments
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
