Granville Island Boat Rentals has been providing all of Vancouver's speed boat rental needs since 1982.
We are located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, on the amazing waterfront of Granville Island marina.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, hard-working members to join our team in this season.

Qualities we are looking for:
· Hard-working, outgoing, highly motivated, punctual, friendly, outgoing, and flexible
· Good communicational skills and computer skills
· Detail-oriented, multitask
· At least half year customer service experience
. Post-secondary education is required, university student is preferred
· Experience in customer service preferred
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Customer service in the office through email, telephone, and face to face interaction
· Coordinate boat rental reservation and planning activities
· Processing customers check-in & check-out for their rental
· Office administration and documentation
· Processing customers check-in & check-out for their rental
· Following all safety procedures
· Ensuring customers have a great experience on the water
. Handle customer inquiry through phone, email andr social media

Hours:
· Applicants must be flexible as work hours may include working evenings and weekends.
Salary:
$19.0 - $22.5 per hour (depending on experience) plus performance-based bonus
