Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team for Morning Shift (5am-9am).The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial and public spaces. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to a safe, clean environment for clients and staff alike. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Ensure all work areas are left tidy and presentable after each shift
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Pay: From $15.25 per hour
