Alpha3dge manages promotional marketing campaigns on behalf of established corporate clients, putting our team members face-to-face with consumers at in-person activations across the Markham area. What This Role Is
We're adding a Customer Service Associate to our Markham team on a full-time, Tuesday–Saturday schedule. This is an in-person, field-based position — you'll be working directly with consumers at promotional activations, fielding questions, clearing up confusion, and making sure people feel looked after throughout every interaction.
If you're someone who stays level-headed when it gets busy, communicates with patience rather than pressure, and finds satisfaction in actually solving someone's problem — this role was written for you.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage directly with consumers at promotional activations and help them navigate their options with clarity
- Listen carefully, identify concerns early, and resolve them on the spot wherever possible
- Explain current offers, program details, and eligibility requirements in plain, accessible language
- Escalate situations that need additional follow-through and make sure nothing gets dropped
- Accurately document interactions and outcomes as part of campaign reporting
- Stay current on program updates, product changes, and campaign-specific information
- Participate in team debriefs and contribute observations from the field
