Wescan Embroidery & Printing is a local printing company focused on textile embroidery & printing. We operate primarily in the business-2-business space by providing branding products, services, and guidance to other local businesses in the city.
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist!
In this role, you will be:
- Helping customers with choosing products, services and quotes.
- Pre-screening customer supplied artwork with the use of Adobe Illustrator
- Providing guidance on design related inquiries to our customers and our artwork department
We require candidates to have experience in Adobe Illustrator as our customers will have questions about artwork. Individuals with a background in Design are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
