Platform Realty Partners is a full-service real estate sales and marketing firm specializing in integrated program delivery for residential developments. With a deep understanding of today's competitive real estate landscape and an extensive broker network, the firm is focused on driving qualified buyer demand, strengthening project visibility, and accelerating sales performance — delivering a streamlined, accountable, and results-driven approach from market launch through project completion.
Your Day-to-Day
- Present and sell a variety of home styles and types (single family, duplexes, condos, condo townhomes, and freehold towns) with each project, delivering a tailored and consultative buying experience
- Manage the customer relationship up until time of sale
- Nurture and manage online leads on a weekly basis, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of all prospects
- Collaborate with sales team to establish and recommend sales goals for the project
- Ensure accuracy and timely flow of all required paperwork and legal documentation between the Sales Centre and head office
- Submit weekly traffic reports and document and communicate ongoing customer feedback to the sales team
- Maintain the professional presentation of on-site sales centres, presentation centres, showhomes, and spec homes to the highest standard
- Develop and maintain strong client and Realtor relationships to support ongoing business development through active and consistent follow-up
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and community developments to serve as a subject matter expert
- Work cooperatively with internal and external teams throughout the entire sales cycle, fostering open communication and a collaborative team environment
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating expert knowledge of the community, product offering, and brand
Qualifications
- Proficient in CRM management
- Microsoft Office – all apps, particularly Word, Office, Excel, and Teams
- Strong understanding of the real estate process and affiliated documents
- Ability to travel to and from site locations and our Presentation Centre independently
- Preferably sales experience in the pre-construction real estate industry
