Evolution Gymnastics Aurora is heading into our 17th year of bringing gymnastics, fitness, and fun to families across York Region. We’re proud of our welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and our amazing staff who make it all possible.
Schedule:
- Summer: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00-8:30 PM & Saturdays 8:30AM-12PM *possible daytime shifts
- Season: Similar to above. Possibility of additional shifts/hours
Where do you fit in?
We’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and reliable to join our front desk team. This is a great opportunity for:
- A parent looking for a little extra income and steady hours
- A university student who wants flexible part-time work
- A recent graduate looking for experience in the workforce
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting families and being a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk
- Answering phones and emails in a friendly, professional way
- Processing payments and keeping paperwork organized
- Updating our class management system (training provided)
- Admin & cleaning tasks (supplies, cleaning, vending machine refills, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who communicates clearly and kindly
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a few different tasks at once
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our programs
- Previous reception/administration experience is helpful, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person
