Requirements
- High school diploma required, post secondary education preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates the ability to address patient concerns
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and patient
- Passion for optics, eyewear, and luxury products. Licensed optician a plus.
- English speaking required, Chinese speaking (Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Use company tools to build clientele and achieve sales
- Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm and sincere manner
- Help patients select the appropriate frame and lenses on site
- Optician duties for licensed holders
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks
- Perform office/administrative duties (Emails, phone calls, any communication portals).
