RHEA Canada is looking for a new Regional Supervisor in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, OR Prince Albert, to supervise our security system maintenance teams across Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will act as the senior point-of-contact for on-site maintenance teams as well as a liaison with the client locally. The role requires consistent on-site attendance at the workshop, with occasional travel involved (both routine and non-routine).
About the client and location
Working as part of the RHEA Canada team, you will be working alongside Government of Canada personnel in a high-security environment. As such, a security clearance will be required.
Tasks and Activities
The scope of work will include:
- Collaborate closely with the Client Representative to ensure project activities are delivered in accordance with established governance processes, contractual requirements, and organizational standards.
- Provide overall oversight of project schedules, budgets, and the successful delivery of planned milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor quality performance and address instances of non-conformance through timely corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance practices that ensure the integrity and consistency of project deliverables.
- Coordinate and allocate personnel and other resources to support special projects and operational priorities identified by the Project Manager.
- Support the implementation and administration of employee security off-boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.
- Manage, support, and report on the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program for Electronic Technicians, Team Leaders, and Regional Electronic Technical Specialists within the assigned region.
- Plan and conduct annual quality audits for all assigned sites, including formal reviews, inspections, and evaluations to verify compliance with established standards.
- Prepare and distribute regular operational and project status reports to senior management and client representatives, providing updates on project progress, quality, risks, and performance.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is mandatory.
The following skills and experience are mandatory:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a security system technician, including the use of hand tools and MS Office.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management, managing a small-to-medium-sized team.
- Must qualify for a Government of Canada security clearance.
- Must be professionally fluent in English.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions
- Hours: This is a full-time, permanent role covering a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday (daytime), with opportunities for overtime.
- Location: This is onsite, at the workshop hosted on client site in Stony Mountain (MB), Saskatoon (SK), or Prince Albert (SK).
- Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, plus benefits & 3 weeks’ vacation.
