Instrument Teacher – Treble N Bass
Treble N Bass is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guitar Teacher to join our team, starting March 2025. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire students and guide them on their musical journey.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons in alignment with curriculum guidelines.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and student needs.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in music education.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Qualifications:
- RCM experience in guitar is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience teaching a musical instrument.
- Strong knowledge of music theory and instructional techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to personalize lessons and support students of all skill levels.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
