The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) requires a Programmer/Developer L3 with 5-9 years' of application development and support experience in IMS DB/DC Mainframe Express (PC environment) using Enterprise COBOL for ZOS, BTS, JCL and CLIST to work with the OPGT on their Trust Account Management system known as PGTAMS.

The primary objective of this project is to assist in the support and enhancements to the functionality of the OPGTs Trust Account Management system.
Must-Haves:

A minimum of 5 years of knowledge, experience with, and proven skills (within the last 9 years) developing and supporting applications in IMS DB/DC Mainframe Express (PC environment) using Enterprise COBOL for ZOS, BTS, JCL and CLIST

Knowledge and experience with TSO (Time Sharing Option), JCL, BTS and CLIST.

Familiarity with IMS Connect, Host Integration Services (HIS), TCP/IP and Easytrieve

Knowledge and proven experience with:

Trust Accounting Systems using double entry accounting practices

Other Financial Applications (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Investment Management)

Integration of business applications on multi-platforms
