We are seeking a licensed Residential Leasing and Sign-Up Agent to support our continued growth throughout Greater Vancouver. This role is ideal for a confident, client-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, assisting property owners, and helping place qualified tenants.
Unlike many sales-focused positions, Hope Street provides company-generated leads, administrative support, and established systems, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Management Sign-Ups
- Respond to inquiries from prospective property management clients.
- Conduct rental evaluations and provide market-based pricing recommendations.
- Meet with property owners to discuss Hope Street's management and leasing services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and guide them through the sign-up process.
- Assist with onboarding new management clients and ensuring a seamless transition into management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to client sign-ups.
Leasing
- Respond to rental inquiries and qualify prospective tenants.
- Conduct property showings throughout Greater Vancouver.
- Manage tenant applications and screening in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and related leasing documentation.
- Complete move-in inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Provide property owners with regular updates regarding leasing activity, market feedback, and applicant quality.
General
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Provide overflow support to the leasing and property management teams as required.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Represent Hope Street professionally in all interactions with owners, tenants, applicants, vendors, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Active BCFSA property management licence in good standing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or another client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Vancouver rental market.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, confident, and comfortable speaking with property owners and prospective tenants.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Compensation
- Commission-based compensation structure.
- Typical earnings range from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience, availability, and production.
