About the Role
We are a textile and uniform rental company looking for a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join us in-house as our Inventory & Service Coordinator. This is a varied role focused on managing the stockroom and inventory for our uniform, linen, mat, and facility services programs, supporting our production team, and keeping client programs running smoothly day to day.
If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same, like working with both your hands and a computer, and take pride in keeping things organized behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the stockroom: receiving, organizing, tracking, and replenishing inventory for uniforms, linens, mats, first aid, and facility services
- Setting up and installing new uniform, linen, first aid, and facility services programs for customers
- Handling computer-based account tasks (updating records, processing program changes, and related administration)
- Communicating with our internal team and clients about the everyday needs of their programs, including new wearers, size changes, and program adjustments
- Mending uniforms and linens — full training is provided on our industrial sewing machines
- Coordinating custom embroidery and installation for uniforms
- Supporting general production: washing, drying, sorting, folding, and packaging soiled laundry
- Driving to customer locations as needed for installations, deliveries, or service support
What We're Looking For
- Valid Ontario G class driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer for everyday account and inventory tasks
- Good communication skills — friendly, professional, and clear with both teammates and customers
- Physically able to handle general labour duties (lifting, standing, sorting, and moving textiles)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your own time across a varied workload
- Previous experience in uniform/linen rental, laundry, warehousing, or inventory/customer service is an asset but not required
- Sewing experience is a plus, but training on industrial sewing machines is provided
What We Offer
- Competitive wage of $26–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Company-paid benefits plan
- 2 weeks of paid vacation after your first year
- Stable Monday-to-Friday schedule (40 hours per week) — no weekends
- On-the-job training, including industrial sewing machine training
- A varied, hands-on role with a supportive team
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Dental care
- Extended health care
