- Must have 8 years experience or more in residential or commercial roofing.
- Must have worked with or installed certified Certainteed jobs.
- All workers must have completed a working at heights program approved by the CPO.
- Must have own vehicle and/or work van/truck.
- Crew preferred to be equipped with their own tools and safety equipment.
- WSIB training preferred.
- Expert knowledge in all the products we use.
- Experience with designer and specialty shingles, (ie. DaVinci, Grand Manor, Cedar).
