Evening Line Cook – Coyotes Southwestern Grill
Coyotes Southwestern Grill is hiring a part-time Line Cook to join our evening kitchen team. We’re looking for a skilled cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out great food.
About the Role:
- Shifts begin at 4:00pm and finish around 10:00pm (9:00pm close + cleanup). Closing will extend by 1 hour in the summer months.
- You’ll be responsible for some food prep, setting up the hotline for service, a la carte dinner service and closing duties.
- Applicants should have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar kitchen setting. More experience is always welcome.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Coyotes’ proven recipes and standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures throughout your shift.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with other cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service.

- Staff housing is not available.
