We’re looking for a experienced construction workers to support our drillers within geothermal projects.
What You’ll Do
- Execute labour tasks on the job sites
- Locate borings in the field
- Support drilling crews and site leadership
- Work safely around heavy-duty machinery
- Keep sites organized, efficient, and production-focused
- Assist with equipment positioning and basic maintenance
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience (required)
- Comfortable in physically demanding, outdoor site conditions (mud, uneven terrain)
- Strong work ethic and ability to take direction in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to work out of town and ability to travel to various job sites
- Experience with loaders or heavy equipment is an asset
Work Details
- Full-time, permanent
- Monday–Friday + overtime opportunities
- Work performed primarily outdoors
- Shift starts at 6:45 AM
- Pay - Starting at $26 per hour with opportunities for overtime
