We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Labor / Rewinding Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate rewinding and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading products
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Support packaging and shipping processes to prepare finished goods for delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity
- Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials when required
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues promptly
Skills
- Experience with forklift operation is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or background in machining is a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is desirable
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good physical stamina for lifting, standing, and manual tasks throughout shifts
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
