Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Zumba Gold instructor to teach an established participant group. The ideal candidate is trained to teach Zumba Gold, passionate about fitness and dance, and ensures a safe and enjoyable workout experience for all skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engaging and safe Zumba Gold classes for diverse participants
Demonstrate proper technique, form, and exercise modifications
Create an inclusive and motivating environment that encourages member participation
Keep up-to-date with Zumba training and continuing education
Qualifications:
Zumba Gold certification
Certification in other Zumba formats and/or Group Fitness Instruction is ideal
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
2+ years experience preferred
Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt classes to different fitness levels and abilities
Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Reference Check/Vulnerable Sector Search (expense covered by JCCGV)
