DEALERSHIP INVENTORY & RECONDITIONING MANAGER @ HUNEYBAE AUTO GROUP - Surrey, BC
We are looking for a highly organized, fast paced, hands on individual to manage our dealership lot operations, inventory flow, vehicle reconditioning coordination, and daily presentation standards.
This is a key management role within the dealership. The right candidate must take pride in keeping the dealership clean, organized, efficient, and retail ready at all times.

Responsibilities
- Organize and stage the lot every morning before opening
- Ensure inventory is lined up properly and presented professionally
- Coordinate with the shop regarding vehicle status, repairs, inspections, and ETAs
- Track incoming inventory from auctions, trade ins, transport, and wholesale purchases
- Ensure vehicles are detailed, photographed, fueled, merchandised, and frontline ready
- Manage inventory flow between the shop, detail department, body shop, and dealership
- Install and manage price tags, window stickers, dealer plates, battery charging, etc.
- Perform lot walks multiple times daily to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory aging and prioritize units needing attention
- Coordinate basic vehicle movements and logistics
- Assist management with inventory reports and operational updates
- Ensure sold vehicles are prepped and delivery ready on time
- Maintain dealership appearance and operational standards at all times
Requirements
- AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
- Applicants without prior automotive industry experience will not be considered.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a high pressure environment
- Leadership mentality and accountability
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable driving various vehicles including trucks and SUVs
- Strong communication skills with staff and management
- Must be reliable, punctual, and self motivated
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Inventory Coordinator, Service Advisor, or Lot Manager is considered a strong asset
- Understanding of automotive parts ordering, inventory tracking, and repair timelines is considered an asset
- Experience communicating with technicians, body shops, and service departments is an asset
- Ability to source and manage parts efficiently to keep recon turnaround times low is an asset
- Familiarity with dealership inventory systems, auctions, and vehicle merchandising is considered an asset
Candidates with dealership fixed operations experience will be given priority consideration

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
