OUTBOUND STATION (O|S) is the station stop to fuel up on your journey, but not the crude way. With craft burgers, coffee, and premium convenience we hope to help start your journey the right way, whatever it may be.
Our Baristas are responsible for crafting coffee, tea & speciality beverages in a clean work area. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and dedication to crafting beverages. Our ideal candidates are determined to learn and want to be a part of a team while focusing in customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet customers, providing an outstanding guest experience

Maintain a clean and organized café area, retail and customer seating areas

Operate POS system, with close attention to detail on orders & cash handling

Craft coffee, tea and specialty beverages to O|S standards and recipes, including daily checks of brewing equipment, reporting any maintenance needs

Ensure all café food meets O|S high standards for taste, presentation, and quality

Act proactively on stock levels. Refill and organize coffee beans, syrups, and dairy alternatives, ensuring everything is ready for a busy period

Maintaining stock of product and packaging at customer prep stations, Inventory counts may be required

Maintain & clean washrooms, outdoor picnic tables & empty garbage bins

Communicate customer feedback to supervisors & managers

Adaptability to assist with other tasks as needed, such as cashiering, stocking inventory, or supporting kitchen staff during peak hours

Ability to learn quickly

Previous work experience as a Barista, is a plus

Hands-on experience with brewing equipment

FoodSafe Certificate, is a plus
- Knowledge of the retail environment
