**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year apprentice level, or a certified Journeyman, to join our team in Lloydminster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
2. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
3. Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions efficiently and effectively.
4. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to address their HVAC needs.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
6. Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
8. Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
1. Completion of a recognized HVAC apprenticeship program (2nd, 3rd, or 4th year) or Journeyman certification.
2. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose HVAC system issues accurately.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
7. Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights).
8. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
10. Previous experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
11. Knowledge of Service Titan software is a bonus.
