Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Glass Installer / Hardware Installer / Service Technician. This role involves installing glass systems, door hardware, and performing service and maintenance work at various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install glass units, storefronts, doors, and shower enclosures
- Install and adjust door hardware (closers, pivots, panic bars, etc.)
- Perform service calls, repairs, and maintenance on existing systems
- Read and interpret drawings and job specifications
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Experience in glass installation, construction, or related trade needed
- Mechanical ability and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
