Job Title: Experienced Pallet Builder
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Pallet Builders to join our client's team in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay for candidates with hands-on pallet manufacturing and repair experience.
Per pallet rate is 1.50$ and repairing pallet is 85 cents. Minimum 150 pallets in a day
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
* Build and repair wooden pallets according to customer specifications.
* Cut, measure, and assemble wooden planks using hand and power tools.
* Operate electric and manual saws, nail guns, hammers, and other equipment safely.
* Inspect completed pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Repair and refurbish damaged pallets.
* Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
* Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
* Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of pallet building or pallet repair experience.
Experience using:
* Electric and manual saws
* Nail guns
* Hammers
* Hand and power tools
* Strong knowledge of pallet construction and repair techniques.
* Experience with quality control and inventory management.
* Ability to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
