Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our team at CK's On the Way. In this role, located in Atlantic Canada, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing sales transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability in the community.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash and manage financial transactions responsibly.
- Demonstrate products to customers and explain features effectively.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with technology sales or product demonstrations is an asset.
