Laser Technician / Esthetician (Growth Opportunity – Barrie)
BVI Sugaring is a high-standard beauty studio specializing in laser hair removal and sugaring services. We are looking for a reliable, motivated technician who wants to grow their skills and build a strong clientele.
This is a performance-based environment with real opportunity to grow for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Perform laser hair removal treatments confidently and safely
- Assist with or learn sugaring hair removal (training provided)
- Provide basic skincare treatments (facials, skin rejuvenation)
- Support front desk when needed (booking, client care)
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professional standards
- Recommend products and encourage rebooking
- Assist with simple social media content (before/after, stories)
What We’re Looking For
Experience with laser treatments (preferred or trained)
Strong work ethic (no “waiting around” mindset)
Comfortable working independently
Willing to learn sugaring and grow skills
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
Available evenings and weekends when needed.

Compensation & Growth
We offer a structured earning model designed to support you while you grow:
Starting Phase (First Weeks):
- Base hourly support (approx. $17.60/hour)

- Training and support
Growth Phase:
- Hourly support + service commission
- Tips
Performance Phase:
- Commission-based earnings (20% per service)
- Tips
- Retail commission
Earnings increase as your bookings grow and performance improves.
