Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging Hop on Hop off Tour Guides to provide memorable sightseeing experiences for visitors. As a Tour Guide, you will both drive and guide groups along designated routes, sharing historical insights, local stories, and cultural highlights. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality will thrive in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead tour groups along a designated route, ensuring safety and adherence to schedule
- Share engaging stories, historical facts, and cultural information about points of interest
- Answer guest questions with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the tour
- Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Promote positive guest experiences through excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
- Experience in teaching or guiding tours is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must either already have a Class 4 License, or be willing to get one. Must be comfortable with the concept of driving a 20 passenger minibus. Training is provided.
