Ray’s is looking for a skilled and motivated Night Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and strong kitchen leadership. As the Night Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen team by overseeing evening service, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations during busy service periods. The Night Sous Chef works closely with and reports directly to the Head Chef.
