Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting
- Analyze market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Lead or participate in business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships and industry events
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, industry developments, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients at all levels
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams when necessary
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales enablement is a plus
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
