What You'll Do
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization. Working closely with the leadership and administrative teams, you will help ensure our offices, employees, and administrative processes operate efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners by managing reception, communications, and general inquiries.

Coordinate staffing schedules, shift coverage, and maintain related administrative records.

Support employee onboarding, orientations, and training coordination.

Assist with payroll processing, timecard administration, and employee record management.

Maintain accurate employee information and support HR processes, including leave administration, probation tracking, and employment documentation.

Monitor employee certifications, training requirements, and compliance deadlines.

Organize staff recognition initiatives, team-building activities, and other employee engagement events.

Manage general office administration, including correspondence, supplies, and organizational communications.

Provide administrative support and backup assistance to the Business Administration team as required.

Participate in the organization's on-call rotation and perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
The successful candidate will possess:

An Administrative Certificate or Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and foster positive working relationships.
