As our Tower Operator, you won't just dispatch jobs - you’ll be the central nerve center of our service department. You'll direct repair workflow, match high-skill jobs to top technicians, partner with Service Advisors, and solve operational bottlenecks before they even happen. If you know automotive repairs inside and out and excel at keeping work moving fast.
What You’ll Do
Command the Workflow: Efficiently assign and dispatch repair orders based on technician expertise, job urgency, and availability.
Keep Lines Open: Act as the main bridge between Technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts to keep repairs on track and customers informed.
Drive Quality & Efficiency: Monitor repair progress, eliminate technician downtime, and track time and parts within our DMS system.
Own the Floor: Solve real-time schedule disruptions to keep the shop running safely, productively, and profitability.
What You Bring
Prior experience in automotive service dispatching, service coordination, or shop management.
Deep understanding of vehicle repair processes and dealership management systems (DMS).
Master-level organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
Sharp problem-solving instincts and strong communication skills.
