Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Siding Service Technician to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing expert siding installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, carpentry, and handyman skills, with the ability to work independently and lead projects with precision and professionalism. A focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead siding service and repair projects from start to finish
- Diagnose complex siding issues (water intrusion, structural damage, improper installation)
- Perform advanced repairs on vinyl, Hardie, wood, and metal siding systems
- Replace and install soffit, fascia, trim, and flashing components
- Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing
- Mentor and support junior technicians on-site
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with clients, explaining problems and solutions
- Complete service documentation, including reports and site photos
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience in siding or exterior construction
- Strong knowledge of siding systems, building envelope, and repair techniques
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues independently
- Experience leading or mentoring crew members
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders/scaffolding)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license (required)Working Conditions

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour
