We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly efficient Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our operations and Third-Party Quality Control (3PQC) inspectors. You will ensure that all product inspections flow smoothly, data is captured with flawless accuracy, and critical quality issues are escalated immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspection Coordination & Escorting: Facilitate product access for Third-Party Quality Control members and accompany them throughout the facility at all times.
- Data Integrity & Urgency: Accurately and efficiently capture inspection data, record PASS/FAIL indicators on picking slips, and perform rapid data entry to update the team immediately.
- Priority Management: Prioritize the labeling of assigned/allocated products awaiting inspection, and flag high-priority items requiring immediate 3PQC attention.
- Rework Communication: Instantly communicate required execution steps for failed inspections that require immediate rework.
- SOP Compliance: Follow established 3PQC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) closely, with a strict focus on handling partial in-house rejections.
- Professional Boundaries & Relations: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and protect company confidential information while managing partner relationships.
- Collaboration & Training: Participate in monthly Upstream QC meetings to provide constructive feedback, and train other 3PQC Coordinators to act as alternates.
Working Conditions

- Other relevant responsibilities will be assigned as required by operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Legal Work Status: Must have a valid permit to legally work in Canada, or be a Permanent Resident / Canadian Citizen.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Strong professionalism, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a culturally diverse workforce.
- Tech Literacy: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for fast-paced data entry.
