Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Law Clerk to support our legal team. The Law Clerk will assist with research, legal drafting, document management, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our legal department. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as clio and to support case preparation
- Draft legal documents, memos, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proofread and review legal documents to ensure correctness and compliance with standards
- Manage and organize case files, documents, and data entry tasks efficiently
- Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives
- Support interviewing processes by preparing questions and documenting responses
- Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing phone etiquette, and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, particularly within a legal setting;

- Experience with Family Law matters and preparation of court forms;
- Familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure and court processes;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent proofreading, writing, and legal drafting abilities;
- Familiarity with legal software, including Clio and document management systems;
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Pay: $36,000.00-$81,941.35 per year
