Role Overview
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the business, responsible for building trust with customers, explaining repairs clearly, and ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
- Recommend services and repairs based on technician findings
- Provide clear, honest estimates and timelines
- Manage appointments and workflow for the shop
- Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process
- Upsell maintenance services (tires, brakes, alignments, etc.)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with integrity
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge (ADAS knowledge is a plus)
