Job Summary
FNG Packaging is a global packaging company specializing in flexible packaging solutions for the food and pet food industry.
We are looking for a highly organized Buyer to manage internal production orders, production order schedules, supplier communication, and shipment coordination. This is an operations-focused role that ensures customer orders are produced and delivered on time.
Duties
- Issue and manage purchase orders
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on order status
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time production and delivery
- Communicate daily with our Asia Office
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers
- Track incoming inventory and replenish stock as needed
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and excel data
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to prioritize customer orders
- Resolve supply chain issues proactively and communicate updates internally
- Support continuous improvements in purchasing and supply chain processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of purchasing, buying, supply chain related experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Able to speak, read and write Korean is a strong asset
- Comfortable working with overseas suppliers across different time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with CIN7 software is a strong asset
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $55,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
