Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations.
- Upsell retail products that complement clients’ hair care routines to enhance their experience and salon revenue.
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-in/out clients at the front desk, and handle phone inquiries professionally.
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and product usage for ongoing maintenance.
- Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Skilled in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and special treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
